A wheel-thrown sculptural Ikebana vase with a wide rim. The Throat Ikebana have an inbuilt kenzan/frog in the base of the vase. Fill it all the way to the rim for a sparse Ikebana arrangement.

The Floral Society says: Nageire-hanaire Ikebana vases are shorter and wider, with a mouth that flares outward. It is designed for the "Nageire" style of ikebana, where flowers are arranged by tossing them casually into the vase.

Specifications:

Maiden is glazed with Rhodes on the inside and Mora Farm clear crackle ash on the outside.
Size: 9 cm height x 9 cm widest x 9 cm length.
