Rock Outcrop, the lamp of October
DETAILS:
Inspired by the landscape of Dartmoor National Park in Devon, this lamp thinks about the geology of the Dartmoor landscape, specifically the Tors. Many of these have folklore or ancient stories attached and I thought it would nice to make a lamp that paid homage to that.
The base is made from Slate and Granite found at Dartmoor, mixed with iron oxide, sand and a clay mix.
